Turn Around Times: Our turn around time is 2 weeks (working days (not including the weekends and holidays). Though we do our best to ship your products as soon as we can, often we need this time to prepare fresh batches, get missing ingredients in and also work on other aspects of our business. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Minimums for US: $400 opening order (can combine orders from different lines, like our human products) and $150 reorder minimum. 6 piece minimum per SKU.

Order Minimums for outside of USA: Minimum $500 on all international orders.
